Hi there There is a site out there run by ??? (Plan Partners are the developer's contact on the site.) Check it out. They state that they represent the facts of this project. Amazing to think so, afterall, nothing has been changed on the site from the original application and yet in an unsigned email to me, they still believe, after being sent back to apply under the terms we helped enforce, that they are still representing the factual side of this argument. PLEASE read the site and see for yourself. Most of what is on there is no longer relevant to the current scoping report, or so we believe. Please see email sent and received below! "Quoting rob@windfreak.com: > > > > > > For fairness..... > > > Please show a link to www.savesharkbay.org and the Objections to this > terrible development's proposals. > > > Regards > > > Rob > www.savesharkbay.org > > > > Rob Munro > 0795694688 > Dear Rob In all fairness - the difference between the sites is that your site is giving all the wrong information, my site is the correct facts. Regards" Notice, no name! I replied asking who wrote this and for a name, yet nothing. We privately have an idea who is behind this as the same info was published in the press with a professional's name, yet they are not to represent the Developer, only the Process. This is something we are trying to stop. Our site has the backing and input from; Architects, Environmental Economists, SANParks Managers and staff, technical specialists and of course the foremost Environmental Lawyers and a Senior Advocate. If their facts are SO TRUE, how come they are having to redo their Scoping Report under Section 24? Previously they claimed as fact that their application under Section 28 was the FACT! History shows it is not as it appears to be..... We are providing a clear and transparent Objection. EVERYONE against this development puts their name behind it. Who is behind Sharkbayfacts.org and perhaps they should rename their site? Rob |
